GoogleTV is really coming soon!
June 27, 2007 at 6:08 pm | In google tv | 2 CommentsA while back, there were rumors and videos (that was put to rest as an elaborate hoax) signaling that Google is possibly working on a “TV” type product. Well, it appears that they are indeed getting their prep work and staffing up on TV ad sales and account managers for a TV type product. Here’s some really interesting positions that really shows that Google is indeed working on such a product and it’s even called “Google TV” in some of the job listings.
TV Engineering Project Manager – Mountain View
This position is based in Mountain View, CA.
Television remains the single most important source of information and entertainment for billions of people around the world. Google is looking for a talented Project Manager to be the driving force in managing our cross-functional launch team and stay on task and target. You bring demonstrated client-service skills, and you’re eager to join a new and growing Google Sales group. Above all, you’ll be responsible for hitting your revenue targets.
